Rogue traders on the internet.
From time to time in the coffee machine industry there appears internet companies and websites that claim to have a wide and varied stock range and actually only have access to very few. We at karas coffee have come across these types of companies many times and probably will again.
Our advice to you, the customer is to get quotes for more than one machine and dont be put off by the old "these are not in stock but we can get you this one instead". These individuals rarely have any back up and if they are lying to you about the machines they can supply, or the coffee that they can supply, then what else do they lie about? We can assure you, lots!
If in doubt, or the website looks like it has not been made by an expert, looking more like something a child has made, then ask for supplier references.
And if you do find someone is advertising big name brands that they dont sell, then report them to trading standards or the relevant people.
People like this give geniune companies like us a bad name.
But the good thing is, they are never around for very long. Just enough time to do you and us some damage!
