Jeremy’s is an exciting coffee and sandwich bar situated in Ansdell, between St Annes and Lytham. Jeremy and his staff offer their customers a high quality product with freshness being the key. The menu is exciting and all the food is prepared and cooked on the premises.
Jeremy’s was born out of the need for good daytime convenient cuisine. Ideal for those who don’t have long for lunch, but don’t want an unappetising experience.
The business was developed whilst Jeremy was working at various restaurants on the Fylde. His favourite posting being at the Stocks Restaurant in Poulton Le Fylde under the direction of owner Charles Ruppert. It was here that he learned most of his skills, whilst attending his catering college course.
On completion of his college stay, he had gained the prestigious Blair/Coyle Trophy for food and Beverage student of the year and came runner up in a college’s national chef of the year competition.
