Which coffee beans do i use for my venue? When starting up a new coffee establishment or restaurant etc, it might be a good idea to ask for a few different samples of some of the speciality coffee that your new roasters have to offer. Not only will this be beneficial to you, as you will know what it tastes like before buying your new coffee machine, but you can also try out your new blend of italian coffee on your friends or new customers first.

If you and your customers decide on a particular blend to serve for the future, then our advice to you is dont change in a hurry. You might get some people asking for Stronger Coffee or some people asking for milder coffee, but there is a famous saying. "you are never going to be able to please everyone all of the time". Is it really worth changing a blend that 70 people like, just because 2 people dont?

You can quite easily do yourself more damage by trying to change, as your grinder will need setting again and if you dont know how to do this, then you can ruin your coffee.
