Help with Buying a Coffee Machine.

Buying a coffee machine and need help? Dont know the difference between a bean to cup coffee machine or an espresso machine. Not sure if to get the semi-automatic or fully automatic version. Dont know if the price that you have been quoted is a good one or not?
